LOCATION: LeFlore County in Southeast OK., less than 4 hrs from DFW, 3.5 hrs-OKC, 2 hrs-Tulsa, 30 minutes to Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Located East of Poteau, the county seat of LeFlore County.
SITE: 40 acres off-grid of a diverse terrain offering excellent wildlife habitat potential, timber and recreational use. The property lies on the northwestern slope of Sugar Loaf Mountain, a very focal point for the area. The property has a large canyon running diagonal from NW to SE, creating a very diverse terrain.
